My name is Dottie Gleason. I’ve been painting since I was 7 years old. I’m known for my big eyed girls. I call myself a “work in progress” artist. Even though I’ve been painting for most of my life I still have lots to learn. But that’s the best part of being an artist I can get messy with paints and just enjoy the ride.

My mediums are acrylics, pencil & markers. And now I paint with Rosa Gallery Watercolors.

I’m inspired by other artists like Greg Simkins, Ten Hundred and the one and only Mark Ryden just to name a few. And the animated films by Tim Burton.

I’m now a full time artist and loving life!
